Guide on uploading existing world

๐ŸŒŽ How to Upload an Existing World to Your Palworld Server

If you previously played Palworld in single-player or local co-op, you can transfer your existing world data to your dedicated server so everyone can continue playing together.

Important: When transferring a local world to a dedicated server, the original host player will lose their character progress.

The server itself becomes the new โ€œhost.โ€

Before transferring, the host player should store all items and Pals in storage to avoid losing progress.

๐Ÿ“ Locating Local World Files

You can access your Palworld save files directly from the game.

  1. Launch Palworld.

  2. Click "Start Game" to view your world list.

  3. Select the world you want to upload.

  4. Click the folder icon in the bottom-left corner.

You should now see your world files - keep this folder open and ready for upload.

โ˜ Uploading an Existing World to Your Server

Once youโ€™ve found your local world files, you can upload them to your ChipHead Palworld server.
