Arma 3 includes full Steam Workshop integration, offering thousands of free mods that expand gameplay, add new content, and enhance your server experience. Some mods require both the server and players to have them installed locally.

Installing Workshop Mods Locally

To install Workshop mods on your Arma 3 client, simply use the Steam client to subscribe to your chosen mods.

1. Open your Steam Library.

   

2. Locate and select Arma 3.

3. Click on the Workshop tab. Find the mod you want to install (for example, the BettIR (Legacy) Mod).

   

4. Click Subscribe to automatically download and install the mod.

   

Once subscribed, Steam will handle the download process, and the mod will be available in your Arma 3 launcher under the Mods section.
