Fixing Stuck Characters in Aloft

Free your character quickly using the console command to continue exploring your Aloft world without interruptions.

Sometimes players may get stuck on terrain, structures, or objects while playing Aloft - a common issue in open-world games. Fortunately, fixing this problem is simple, and you can get back to exploring the skies in just a few moments.

Using the Unstuck Command

You can easily free your character by using the unstuck command through the in-game console:

1. Launch Aloft through Steam.

2. Connect to your server.

3. Press F1 to open the in-game console.

4. Type the command:

   unstuck

   and press Enter.

Your character will now be freed from their stuck position and returned to a safe location.

All done!
With the unstuck command, you can quickly fix any mobility issues on your Aloft server and jump right back into building, flying, and exploring your world on your ChipHead hosted server
