Setting-up your Assetto Corsa Server

Summary

This guide will show you how to configure your freshly installed ChipHead Assetto Corsa server for newly purchased OR game swapped servers.

Getting Started

1. Log in to the ChipHead Panel.

   

2. Go to your Chip Head Server

   
   

   Do this before starting your Server for the first time

3. Navigate to “Network” and make a note of your secondary port number.

   

4. Navigate to Startup > Variable

   

5. Insert your secondary port number from “Network”

   
   

   TIP: Your secondary Port number will always be +3 from your Primary
   Example: 9620(Primary) → 9623(Secondary)

6. Copy your Server IP from “My Servers” and paste into Public Base URL and change the port number to your Secondary Port.
   Example: xx.xx.xxx.xx:9623

   
   

   These settings are saved automatically

7. Navigate to “Settings” and select “Reinstall Server”

   

   Please wait for your server to finish installation - this can take 3-5 minutes.

8. Once server installation has finished click “Start”

   

9. You can now connect to Assetto Corsa Server Manager using your Public URL in step 6.
   Please insert this into any web browser.
   

   

10. Login to your ChipHead Assetto Corsa server

    

    The default login for every first time installation is:
    
    Username: admin
    Password: servermanager
    
    Server Manager will ask you to reset this password once logged in.
    

11. Press “Next” to navigate to the setup

    

12. Configure your Server options and confirm with “Submit”

    

    IMPORTANT: Leave Enable UPnP Unticked!
    

13. Confirm with “Finish”
