How Do I Cancel My ChipHead Services?

Before you go, remember our support team is always available to help if you’re experiencing any issues. We also appreciate any feedback you can provide in your cancellation request or via a support ticket - it helps us improve our services.

Important Information About Cancellations

• Once a service is cancelled, all data related to it will be permanently deleted. Cancelled servers cannot be reactivated or restored. Be sure to create a backup before submitting your cancellation request.

• If you have an active PayPal subscription, you’ll also need to cancel it directly through the PayPal website.

• If you’d like a refund with your cancellation, please review our Refund Policy and mention your request in a support ticket.

How to Cancel Your ChipHead Service

1. Log into your client area.

2. Click on My Products > “All Product & Services”

3. Find the plan you wish to cancel and select “Manage”.

4. Select “Cancelation Request”.

   

   Optional: You may write a message about why you are cancelling this service. We always love to hear your feedback to improve our services.

5. Select from the dropdown whether you wish to “Cancel Immediately” or “Cancel on due date”.

6. Click “Send Cancellation Request”.

Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation.
