Important Information About Cancellations
Once a service is cancelled, all data related to it will be permanently deleted. Cancelled servers cannot be reactivated or restored. Be sure to create a backup before submitting your cancellation request.
If you have an active PayPal subscription, you’ll also need to cancel it directly through the PayPal website.
If you’d like a refund with your cancellation, please review our Refund Policy and mention your request in a support ticket.
Log into your client area.
Click on “All Product & Services”
Find the plan you wish to cancel and select “Manage”.
Select “Cancelation Request”.
Select from the dropdown whether you wish to “Cancel Immediately” or “Cancel on due date”.
Click “Send Cancellation Request”.
