How to reset your ChipHead account password?

Reminder: The ChipHead Panel is separate from your ChipHead account used for billing. If you would like to change your ChipHead Panel password - please use the following guide.

Forgot your password?

• You can reset it anytime by visiting the ChipHead Website.

1. Navigate to the ChipHead sign-in page.

2. Click on “Forgot Password”.

3. Enter email address of your ChipHead account.

4. A reset password email will be sent to your inbox.

   

   Tip: Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email.

5. Click on the “Reset My Password” button inside of the email.

6. Type in your new desired password.

7. Confirm by clicking the “Update” button.
