How to Update Your Personal Information with ChipHead

Keeping Your Information Up to Date

• At ChipHead, we keep some of your personal details on file so we can contact you about your services. From time to time, those details may change - for example, if you move house, update your phone number, or change your email address.

• If this happens, you can update your registered information in your Client Account to make sure we can always reach you when needed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use ChipHead’s services. We never share your details with anyone outside of what’s described in the policy. Your information is only used to provide and improve your experience with us.

1. Login to your client area.

2. Within “General Information” you can edit the following:

   • “Full Name”

   • “Date Of Birth”

   • “Security Question”

   • “Security Answer”

   

   If you’d like to update your email address or contact number, please create a ticket with our support team and we will be happy to help!

3. Within “Billing Profile”:

   1. Select the pencil icon to edit your billing profile.

   2. You can edit the following:

      • “Full Name”

      • “Email”

      • “Contact Number”

      • Region information

      • “Address”

4. Within “Preferences” you can edit the following:

   • “Receive promotional emails”

   • “Receive promotional SMS”

   • “Currency”
