If you see a 530 Authentication Failed error while trying to access your server files with an FTP client like FileZilla, it usually means your username or password is incorrect.
Double-check your username:
Found in the ChipHead Panel under Files > SFTP Connect.
Enter it exactly as shown, including the numbers at the end (each server has a unique username).
Verify your password:
Your FTP password is the same as your Server Control Panel password.
Check for extra spaces:
Make sure there are no spaces before or after your username or password. If copy-paste isn’t working, try typing them manually.
Reset your password:
If you’re still stuck, reset your Server Control Panel password and try again.
Use the right fields:
Enter the details into the correct login fields in FileZilla.
