How to Automatically Backup your ChipHead Server

Configuring an Automated Backup

The ChipHead Panel makes it simple backup your important game server.

At ChipHead, we provide 4 backups for Standard users and 10 backups for Premium users - because protecting your hard-earned progress matters.

How to Set Up Automated Backups

1. Navigate to "Backups" underneath "Configurations"

2. Select "Create new backup"

3. Give your backup a desired name

   

   We recommend following a naming convention that is easy to reference!

4. Optional: You can choose to ignore files or directories by entering the file or folders names below

5. Optional: You can choose to lock this backup so it cannot be accidently deleted.

6. Confirm by clicking "Start backup"

Your server will now begin to create a backup - Please be patient as this can take several minutes
